Colossians 4:5-6

In this it is say8ng how you should be wise and have grace....if you do all these things than you can answer to everyone

Deuteronomy 31:6

Deuteronomy 31:6 "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

In this verse i think that it should comfort people. Even though things may be hard you shouldn't stop relying on God. God will never leave your side. He is talking to a group of people who have a reason to be scared for their life and yet we have a hard time with smaller things. We can trust God and be strong if we rely on him.

Deuteronomy 8:17-18 and the NBA playoffs!!!

Ok so im gonna start off with this post about the playoffs and the match ups. Well as you all should no by now the Lakers have their first series done as they won 4-1. Of course the Cavaliers won their first series as expected. The bulls are actually in the series which i didn't think would happen at all but now they have to win 2 straight games. The 76ers have had apparently a great matchup with the Magic as they are down one game with a couple very tough losses. The Heat and Hawks are tied up and im hopin Hawks can with this one...of course josh and steve will disagree but oh well...Nuggets right now are killiing the hornets which i would have thought would have been alot closer but oh well...go mello....Unforutnately the Mavericks won their series as i was hoping for them to go out in the first round but oh well better luck next round...The last matchup is the Rockets and Trailblazers. Houston is leading 3-2 which i am glad about seeing as the Lakers seem to have a hard time playing away against the Trailblazers. I think they have a better change against Yao Ming who seems to miss dunks for no apparent reason or against Tracy McGrady who is always injured.......LETS GO LAKERS!!!!

Deuteronomy 8:17-18a

In this verse it saying that you need to be humble and remember that God gave you everything you have and not to make it look like your the reason why you have certain things or things good have happened to you. Alot of times as people we take credit for things that we shouldn't and instead we should be giving God the credit.

Isaiah 41:10 and other stuff like the races!!

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

I decided to go with this verse because i think that this is something a lot of people have a hard time with. We as Christians are supposed to trust in God in whatever you do and not be dismayed because he will strengthen you and help you with everything....


ok so i realized that i don't really tell any stories on here so im gonna put one on which isn't that interesting but still.....so on Saturday i went to Hanover to go see the races...which for some of you who dont know what that is its like where there are sprint cars and like all kinds of cars on this dirt track that race....well it was kinda cool except there were all kinds of qualifing rounds so races dont begin till like 9.....well it was kinda cool except for i was sitting in turn 1 seats and the track is only maybe 14.3 yards away so the cars are really loud and so its deafining and also when they go around turn they slide like crazy and they are on dirt so dirt goes everywhere and in your eyes so you cant like see anything and i didnt have sun glasses which didnt help at all....but the races are still pretty sweet.....!!

I decided to go with this verse because we need to as Christians tell others about what God did for us. This doesn't mean that we have to travel the world but even in your own area you can go and tell poeple what Christ did for them.

so this post is gonna be sort of like the last blog....We have God who can impower us and not only that but we should love others.....a lot of times we forget that God gave us so much and we don't use it....some of us struggle with things like love and self-disipline but we have God who can help us through this....Even though we may not be good at something we (everyone) have so much that we should use for God every day!!

Luke 17:5-6

The apostles said to the Lord, 'Increase our faith!' And the Lord said, 'If you had faith like a mustard seed, you would say to this mulberry tree, Be uprooted and be planted in the sea; and it would obey you.' - Luke 17:5-6

In this post i am gonna talk about luke 17:5-6 which is up at the top.....It is saying how we as Christians have little to no faith and how we need to increase it. Which we should have no reason to have faith in God as he has done everything for us including make us. How is it that we can't trust God in everything? We don't even have faith like a mustard seed which is so small that is unreal!!! If we did have that much faith we would be able to uproot a tree which is unfathomable. We should trust God and strive to be even more than that mustard seed....
